I never felt rushed, they answered all my questions, and it never felt like they were getting bored with me. They really did go above and beyond! I’d done my homework and had been shopping around for new frames after seeing my eye doctor, but nothing had captured my excitement until I did a virtual try-on with the WP app. It was nice to arrive at the store and be greeted with enthusiasm, you can tell the staff there really enjoys their job (or they’re really good at pretending they do) lol! It was also nice that the store actually had ALL the frames I’d tried on virtually so I could see them in person and know exactly how they felt. If I had enough money I’d buy dozens of glasses and visit WP every month. 😊 I can’t wait to get my glasses in a couple of weeks. I will update this review, if I remember to, once I’ve received my glasses.
