  Today was our 1st experience w/ Kroger Little Clinic. Krystal, NP was professional, knowledgeable and so kind to my 93 y/o aunt. The convenience of not having to go to the hospital environment and the Dr office was great. A real time saver w/ quality care.

  Refuse to go anymore, the rudest, most condescending employees I’ve ever met. Truly never had a worse experience in customer service.

  I have been to this clinic numerous times and I will continue to go there. The diagnosis is always excellent and with suggested treatment, I always get well. One time I had been to 4 doctors for an ear ache and the little clinic Dr. finally got me well. The staff is always efficient and waiting times are reasonable.

  Nurse Montoryia and Dr. Ashley Sumner were very unprofessional and lacked both compassion and basic social skills. I am filing a formal complaint with the state of Tennessee, that is how horrible this service was. I will never go to another Little Clinic again

  Krystle Silva, the FNP is better than any doctor I have ever been to. When I visited The Little Clinic due to my normal doctor been overbooked, she treated me for a chronic sinus condition and prescribed a medication for me after spending hours of her own time to find, that actually worked better than what my doctor failed to find. A few weeks later after being exposed to someone who had COVID, I began experiencing some concerning symptoms and made an appointment with Krystle to get a COVID test, which I had heard was not a pleasant experience. But she was unbelievably gentle with the test and apologized for any discomfort. She is super attentive but very personable and caring, and definitely my family physician from now on. After searching online for a location to get both my COVID vaccines, I was extremely pleased that I was able to make both appointments with her at The Little Clinic. I could not be happier with Krystle, and Makayla who is the Patient Care Tech, is the sweetest girl I have ever met. She treats everyone with kindness and respect, and makes visiting The Little Clinic a totally awesome experience. I have visited other clinics in the area over the years, but the two of them work great together and I cannot think of ever going anywhere else.
