- SOSally OcampoApr 6, 20235.0Great place! They are fast, friendly and very helpful. I went for a sore throat that I thought it could be strep throat, they tested me and it was negative, at least I didn’t have to worry anymore. My insurance cover the visit.
- ASAlan SmithApr 27, 20191.0My wife visited the clinic on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, with a fever and severe sore throat. She requested a strep test on this visit, but the physician on duty refused, saying she thought it was viral and would have to run its course. The physician ordered Tamiflu for my wife. She took the Tamiflu for three days and saw no improvement whatsoever. She decided to return to the clinic on Saturday, April 27, 2019, and insisted that a strep test be done. And guess what? The test IMMEDIATELY showed she had strep. The same physician that treated her on Wednesday treated her on Saturday, but did not seem to recall the visit (?) and refused to make eye contact with her on the second visit, showing no concern whatsoever that my wife was still extremely ill and that no strep test had been ordered on the initial visit. Wouldn't you think an apology or at least a little concern would have been in order? Furthermore, the staff could not initially locate my wife's records from her previous visit on Wednesday, although after much searching, they were finally located. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this clinic.
- ASAlexandria SpurlockDec 5, 20175.0Staff here at this little clinic is friendly and helpful, compared to the minute clinic right across the street at Walgreens where they are rude and unhappy all the time. It's also easier to get an appointment here. I brought my daughter here to have a strep test done as it was the only place open after I got off work besides the hospital. Nobody wants to sit at the hospital for 7 hours lol thank goodness for the little clinic.
