I went here awhile back for help dealing with a toe fungus issue. The doctor visit didn't exactly require much professional expertise. They just looked at my toe and concluded that yes I do have toe fungus and prescribed me Tavaborole 5%. A few bottles in I could tell it was working. When I'd just about resolved the issue for good I called up the pharmacy and put in for a refill request for hopefully the last bottle I would need to finish the treatment and it was confirmed and I was told I could pick it up the next day. When I went to the pharmacy I was told that the prescription was out of refills so I called The Little Clinic and spoke to the woman on the phone that said she would leave a note with the doctor and that I shouldn't worry about it that it would be taken care of. I didn't hear anything back from The Little Clinic so tried to call my pharmacy for a refill and was able to put in a request and was told that it would be ready the next day. I show up at the pharmacy and they don't have it. I was told a fax was sent to the doctor and the doctor denied the refill. So I walk over to The Little Clinic and am told that I will need to schedule another visit. What? Why? So after a cursory look you can tell me the exact same thing you told me the first time? I know what the issue is. I have a solution that works. The issue was almost resolved. This is a topical solution. It is not ingested and I would be shocked if it could be abused in any way. They are not cheap. Just give me another bottle! Anyway, all they've accomplished is guaranteeing that I'll go somewhere else next time I have an issue that needs looking at. I'll drive further or pay more out of spite alone.

My wife visited the clinic on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, with a fever and severe sore throat. She requested a strep test on this visit, but the physician on duty refused, saying she thought it was viral and would have to run its course. The physician ordered Tamiflu for my wife. She took the Tamiflu for three days and saw no improvement whatsoever. She decided to return to the clinic on Saturday, April 27, 2019, and insisted that a strep test be done. And guess what? The test IMMEDIATELY showed she had strep.
The same physician that treated her on Wednesday treated her on Saturday, but did not seem to recall the visit (?) and refused to make eye contact with her on the second visit, showing no concern whatsoever that my wife was still extremely ill and that no strep test had been ordered on the initial visit. Wouldn't you think an apology or at least a little concern would have been in order?
Furthermore, the staff could not initially locate my wife's records from her previous visit on Wednesday, although after much searching, they were finally located.
Needless to say, we will not be returning to this clinic.
