Had to block my number to get through.

They told me that if I didn't order it through them they wouldn't help me. I explained that I moved from Minnesota and I can't get repairs done where I purchased the chair. The gentleman told me he was sorry but there is nothing he would do to help me. I was going to pay cash for the parts I needed. I can't believe they turn down new business...

I wasn't allowed to pick which chair I wanted, choose the seat, or anything else. I was only allowed to choose the color. Beware!
