- PDPaul DayOct 21, 20212.0Usually have had great service. Switched insurance companies and caused problems getting a refill filled. They had several contacts with my Dr and after twice previously taking my new insurance card to them I had to take it a third time. I took it in person and instead of the pharmacy tech trying to help he more or less blew me off. After showing him a email that my Dr had sent he still tried to blame them, and advised me my Dr. needed to fix the problem. Although have had great service over the years may be time for a change.
