    Usually good. Rude employees today though. Trying to get customer service and they're saying they cant help.

    Usually have had great service. Switched insurance companies and caused problems getting a refill filled. They had several contacts with my Dr and after twice previously taking my new insurance card to them I had to take it a third time. I took it in person and instead of the pharmacy tech trying to help he more or less blew me off. After showing him a email that my Dr had sent he still tried to blame them, and advised me my Dr. needed to fix the problem. Although have had great service over the years may be time for a change.

    God bless Chelsea Rivera in the Kroger pharmacy! She saved me literally $100 tonight!! My son’s apartment had been broken into and his prescriptions were stolen. Our insurance company has a policy of not paying for the prescription in these situations, so it would have cost $100 out of pocket! Chelsea told my son that she’d call and try to get it through and she did!!! The insurance then told her they absolutely wouldn’t cover another prescription so she directed my son to the ap Good Rx , BUT she didn’t stop there! She went the extra mile and applied the coupon herself, and for 3 prescriptions, I paid $15!! Thank you again Chelsea Rivera!!!❤️

    The female pharmacy manager has always been helpful in every way possible as have most of the pharmacy staff. There is one female employee however who is always rude and not helpful at all.
