    Pulled up to the drive thru window to pick up a prescription (Sunday 6/1/25 at 11:00am). The ONLY WORDS the lady working the drive thru mumbled to me was “Date of Birth”. Then she stated the amount due and never said another word to me and sent my prescription out the window. Unacceptable! I’m sorry but where has customer service gone? Where is the “hi, how are you today, how can I help you?” Or the “thank you, have a nice day” when you’re finished with a transaction. I’m sorry sick of these workers who are allowed to have a job but can’t be friendly. If I were manager, I’d be firing a lot of people.

    Kroger Pharmacy team on Middlebrook are consistently helpful and friendly. I have been going to this location for years. The Little Clinic is equally wonderful. A great neighborhood asset.

    Cannot speak highly enough about the staff here. I had to fill a prescription one time that I thought was covered and ended up not being covered. I was hysterical. I know, a bit dramatic, but it was a really stressful day and that was the icing on the cake. I was about to leave when the pharmacist pulled me to the side, consoled me a bit, and suggested checking out GoodRx. Literally dropped the price like 90%. I recommend GoodRx to everyone I know and could not be more thankful for that woman because she didn’t have to help me out. Really separates this pharmacy from all the others because I know they care about everyone that comes through.
