While suffering a fractured wrist, took all meds to them to request new bottles that I could open. Jennifer (tech) said, hold on, I can fix you up! She brought out a box full of 'flip off' lids and put them on every bottle. Very, very easy for me to use. (I had actually had to cut a hole in one of the bottles to get the med out.). Great, kind people!
