- BDBen DavenportAug 30, 20211.0I stay disappointed in this Kroger. My wife has an autoimmune disorder that requires her to have medicine everyday for the rest of her life. We go through the steps by seeing her doctor, calling in a refill, receiving the “prescription is ready message”, and still it continues to be a few days behind or never filled at all. My wife has suffered days between the medication because of the poor communication from this pharmacy. As a matter of fact, we tend to go a day later than it’s scheduled to be ready because we know it’s never on time. This is not a staff, COVID, or medicine availability issue. It’s simply poor management and lack of intentionality by the pharmacy. Our doctors are aware of this ongoing issue and we will avoid getting medicine sent to this pharmacy.
