  Would not recommend this location!! I have been a ClassPass member for quite sometime now and was extremely excited to see that this location was added to the app. I signed up for my first class and upon arrival they were stating they didn't see my name on the list, but since the app showed that I was signed up they allowed me to stay. Fast forward a week and I get hit with a no show fee from class pass. After speaking with class pass they informed me the facility did not check me in and that I would have to reach out to them. Called the location and the receptionist immediately tried to brush off the circumstance and just rush me off the phone. At that point Jacki, the manager, came to the phone and was familiar with the situation since she was working the day I attended class. Her exact words were "we are just going to push this back in class pass". She sent an email to their rep and texted me asking to let her know if they reached out to me. Now when I follow up I am being ignored by the staff at this location. It was their due diligence to follow up with class pass when they realize that my name was not showing in their system. The lack of customer service, I and accountability is extremely disappointing and disheartening consider how excited I was when I was to add them to my gym rotation. They do not value their customers or correcting their mistakes. Save your money and go to hylo or the guild where they actually value their customers and integrity from a professional standpoint point.
