I was so excited to learn that CP was opening in Hardin Valley. I joined with the "founders rate", which was a little less expensive. However, this location was opened too soon, before there were hardly any classes to attend. The classes on the schedule were basically all the same. I do commend them for giving me a few passes to use Turkey Creek location, but by January I was out of those. I only have time to attend 2 classes a week, and had the 8 class/month membership so I couldn't book out past the current month. Only unlimited memberships can book out into the upcoming month, which I find ridiculous. The first week of each month most classes were already full, so I would miss that first week of the month. I went ahead and canceled in January but still had to pay for February because of the 30 day notice rule. That was fine but now, after canceling, I've been charged for March and I'm not very happy about that. Hopefully I'll get that charge refunded because it's not cheap, I did leave 2 stars because the instructors are good and the front desk workers are friendly. The facility itself is bright, clean, and has plenty of amenities.
I signed up during a promotional rate and was told more class times would be added soon. Unfortunately, that never happened.
The real issue is availability. By the time my booking window opens, every class that works with my schedule is already completely full — often booked out for weeks. As someone balancing work and family, I don’t have flexibility to attend random off-hour classes, so this makes the membership extremely difficult to use.
I called to cancel and was informed I’m locked into the full three-month agreement, so I’ll still be paying for another month despite not being able to attend many classes. That part is especially frustrating.
The instructors and studio itself are great, but access to classes is the entire point of the membership. Right now it feels like memberships are being oversold without enough availability to support them.
I hope management considers adding more class times or limiting new memberships so current members can actually book classes they’re paying for.

I hate to leave a one star review on a new business, however I have been contacted three times about signing up for my intro class. I have told them that I found out the location is over an hour from my house and I am not interested. I’ve tried calling back and the phone just rings and rings. I guess this place doesn’t respect people saying no that they’re not interested.

I had a really awesome trial class with Ashley today. The studio is so clean and bright. I am new to reformer pilates and Ashley explained of the equiptment and went a comfortable pace. The ladies there were very welcoming and I didn't feel pressured to purchase a membership right away. I will definitely be back, though!

I am brand new to pilates. As a caregiver for my elderly dad and limited mobility hub, I knew it was vital that I care for my body to be able to care for their bodies. After a major back injury last year, I decided that it was either PT or pilates. An unlimited membership is less than the copay for four PT visits; it was a no-brainer for me. Joining was easy, the manager and all the instructors are amazing. After two months, of three times a week, I already feel stronger and more flexible, and my back pain has decreased noticeably. The instructors are always attentive and helpful at making modifications. I thoroughly enjoy the classes. Highly recommend!
