  Everyone was very kind, and they had very clear communication. I had put a note in my check-in forms requesting a female provider but the only one they had available was male, the nurse made sure I was comfortable seeing him and took my preferences seriously (which is not always the case) The NP Josh was very kind and made sure I was comfortable, with clear communication about what he was doing. My onle "negative" critique, would be the lobby chairs desperately need replaced 😂 but that's a minor inconvenience/eye sore and has nothing to do with medical care, so not worth taking a star over.

  Went in with the aftermath of an ear infection and they didn’t take a history or take me seriously. They were just like “your ear should be ringing, it’s normal. “ it’s not normal and they offers no help and no advice. Like just deal with it. The only thing they told me was if it keeps ringing I can spend more money on a specialist for them to tell me it’s normal. Thanks for nothing and enjoy my $100.

  Went in due to hitting the pavement with my face and body. Had a relentless headache and bruised in several areas. From the awesome receptionist who helped me get registered because I was so fatigued and in pain to the outstanding staff and dr. Showed empathy,wisdom,knowledge and professionalism. Thankyou from the depths of my heart. You truly are hardworking angels. Thanks again.

  The nurse practitioner was super nice and explained everything in detail. The front desk person was also helpful but whoever answers the phone and whoever follows up on lab work are incredibly rude. I was told during my appointment to call back the following afternoon to check in on my results. The person who answered the phone was so rude about it and seemed confused why I would expect my results to be in. When I did get a call regarding my results, they only said they were normal. I didn't get any follow up on why I was having these symptoms. Also when I asked if I could hear the results the person got very sarcastic about how many results there were like I knew exactly what they put in. I just wanted an idea to bring back to my primary care. I wish all staff treated patients the same way the nurse practitioner and the nurse I saw in person. It would have been 5 stars if that was the case.

  Great bedside mannner, polite front office staff. I took my daughter last week to this Urgent Care and the front office staff was so polite. While I was there, a lady came in and practically cussed the guy out, threatened lawyers, the whole 9 yards. Dude didn’t flinch. He stayed calm, kept saying “yes ma’am, no ma’am, I’m really sorry but that’s our policy.” (Which is beyond his control) and then the doctor was great with my daughter who ended up having Flu B! I went again for poison ivy on my eye the following week. Same thing, polite office check-in lady, great bedside manner (same doctor), and in and out quickly. I’m not one for leaving reviews, so the fact I’ve typed this much to say all of this means it really went a long way I regard to me being impressed. Hope it helps and blesses someone’s day.
