  From John Hackett: Dr Reeves is efficient and so knowledgeable. I do not worry when I am there. He gives me a lot of confidence. Amazingly kind, caring, and skilled.

  My mom really liked Dr Mona, but she won't be back because of billing. They told her she had to pay $46 for 'refeactions' in order to get the paper prescription. They said insurance didn't cover it. That didn't seem right so I checked with her insurance company and it WAS covered. In fact, they paid for it not long after her appointment. When I questioned it originally, they said if insurance paid for it, they would send a refund. The last time I spoke with someone about it, they mentioned the insurance paid for something else over a year ago that she had paid $30 for. So now she is supposed to be getting a $76 refund that she has yet to receive. Her appt was in mid-January and it will now be April 1st in a couple days. Im ready to take this further if she doesn't receive it soon. She's 82 years and only has social security for income. This is ridiculous, not to mention I feel like they are intentionally lying to people to get more money (a racket) because a lot of people don't check with their insurance to verify this.

  Every single person was wonderful. Dr Reeves and his staff were so knowledgeable and thorough. We will never go anywhere else. They’re amazing.

  My experience in office was okay. However NO ONE has followed up with me after my appointment. I have called three times and spoke to soneone who isnt in the JC office..??why? I told the Dr I would love to have my insurance help me with the procedure of upper eyelids. Even have questions about lower lids but no one has gotten back to me. Maybe you dont need any new patients. I plan to pay out of pocket if insurance doesnt pay. Why wouldnt someone followup with me? Over two months ago.
