  The woman that took my blood was very quick, professional and did a genuinely good job at keeping the needle still while switching vials. I was in and out very fast and overall positive experience

  I needed a test done asap. Stated new hours on the door. I had to keep looking if my clock was off. Said the business closes at 3:30 and was closed at 2:50. I had to travel 45 minutes out of my way to find another lab.

  I went to the doctor and they ordered labs and said "our quest lab people dont show up today so you will have to come back or go by a quest location and pick up your kit". I went to the location on Sunset. They have no one at the front desk. They have a curtain hanging up at the desk and you cant see anything, it's closed off. They have a kiosk to check in on. Then you wait forever. Finally someone from the back comes out. When it comes to returning the kit, there is no fast, easy way to do so. You have to come back, check in at the kiosk and just wait. Not having someone at the desk to greet people is mind blowing. Not having a better process for specimen returns is crazy too. Everything feels cold and impersonal.

  I had scheduled my appointment online which was real easy. Upon arrival I checked in through the self server and was called back within five minutes, which was the time of my appointment. Staff very professional and got me in and out within a matter of minutes.
