  My wife was seen by Dr. Elliot, and unfortunately, we had a very negative experience. He was arrogant and unprofessional in his communication with the patient. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, including respect for their decisions. We left the appointment without any procedure due to the physician’s behavior. Despite this, we have now received a bill for a consultation in which no services were actually provided. I would give zero stars if that were an option. This experience was very disappointing.

  Although a root canal is not a pleasant experience, Dr Elliott did a great job. He is very upbeat and positive, so he put me at ease and fixed my problem tooth. Such a friendly, helpful staff!

  I had not been to New South Endodonics before, but I can say if you need a root canal this is the place to go! Dr. Elliott and his staff are helpful, courteous, and efficient. I’ve had no real pain and would highly recommend their dental services if needed.

  This is a great place. The staff was amazing going so far as to help me file my claim. You don’t see that too often! Dr. Elliott surpassed all my expectations and he was very kind. I could tell he really cared about his patients concerns and he did a great job of calming my anxiety. If a dental appointment could be enjoyed I would have to say this one was it. I highly, highly recommend him and his staff. I would also like to add the atmosphere was very calming. Thanks to everyone

  When my dentist said I needed a root canal, I was naturally worried. How long would it take? Would is be extremely painful? Dr. Elliot immediately put me at ease, assuring me he would make it as quick and as painless as possible. About 45 minutes later, he announced it was over - very quick and NO PAIN! I would highly recommend him. And his staff is extremely nice and helpful, too!
