Danielle Cate made my recent experience seamless with her knowledge and professionalism. I was greeted upon entering the store and was overwhelmed by the variety and number of frames offered. Danielle stepped in and, after discussing my likes and dislikes, she gathered a box of frames from all over the store. We sat at her desk and she helped eliminate choices until we chose a blue Ray Ban frame. I picked up my new glasses today and could not be more pleased. Thank you, Danielle!! You were fantastic and I truly appreciate your guidance!

Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. The manager is way over here head as she leaves throws her associates under the bus to deal with unhappy customers with issues. On the way out she has the audacity to shout out, after returning from hiding, very sarcastically and condescendingly , "have a great day!" I truly feel sorry for her and her employees who have to deal with her. Has no clue as to Leadershipn101. DO NOT do business here as they employ deceptive advertising and only care to fill their pockets. My online order was never opened to fit for me or check for damages or incorrect script. This is just the beginning of a longer story....

I recently stopped by Lens Crafters in Kingsport for sunglasses. The facility is state of the art. I was seen by Catherine an optician there. I found her to be kind, courteous, professional and competent. Overall a great experience..

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
