    I have used this pharmacy for my COVID shots (and a few prescriptions in the past). I have always been pleased until my COVID booster this Saturday. It was not given in the deltoid muscle but in the SQ area. The muscle has more blood supply than fat and is where the shot should be given for maximum absorption and efficacy. I went by there today and talked to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was nice but didn’t get why I was upset. All I wanted was for a picture like this to be posted in the vaccination room to remind staff where to give IM shots. The triangle is where the shot should be given. The circle is where my shot was given

    do you wanna stand in line for an hour and then get told your prescription that was sent in 4 hours before wasn't done and given no ETA? this is the pharmacy for you. :) they're all lazy and make excuses for being lazy.
