  I’ve used Home Instead transportation services on & off for the last 10 years, mainly for hospital procedures that require a driver person for picking you up, waiting @ the hospital then taking you home after the procedure. Great customer service. I’ve primarily dealt with Donna, my go to contact person she’s very knowledgeable, & helpful. She makes the whole experience stress free.

  I called for a sitter that morning to come to stay with my sister that evening. They were professional, helpful and efficient. The sitter as it turns out was a long time friend of mine. We had high quality sitters each night for the length of time we needed them. It was a great peace of mind knowing that a sitter would be there every night. They are wonderful people to work with you and the needs of the patient.

  I have had the most positive experiences with Home Instead Senior Care. My family was in desperate need of a support team for an ailing family member. The office staff was very understanding of our needs and wishes. They quickly provided care. Started within hours of completing the consultation. The caregivers we received were all well trained and we could tell they take pride in their work. We did have one caregiver that just wasn’t a good personality fit and the office immediately had them replaced. They were with us until the end and we cannot praise their work enough. We will definitely be using their service again when the time arises.
