  Hitchcock Family Medicine is the all around best care I have received in a long time! As a patient, I feel truly cared for. Facility is so clean and welcoming. The staff goes above and beyond and are so extremely personable and kind. The pharmacist is great and takes time to explain medications, concerns and answer ANY questions you have! I had a great and non anxiety inducing experience with imaging as well, which speaks volumes to the overall experience and entire positive energy the entire staff exudes, whether over the phone, email or upon entering the building! The patient/staff/pharmacy/imaging/physician communication is unprecedented! I have never experienced such timely and pleasant responses with every interaction! Dr. Ewing is my physician and a blessing! He is always professional, kind and thorough! You never feel like you are being rushed or disregarded! The Hixson area is so lucky to have Hitchcock Family Medicine! I have and do highly recommend!!!

  I guess it depends on which doctor you get. I'm my case, I got more out of office emails than I ever got replies from her. When I first joined, they didn't have nurses to help keep costs down. Somehow, most of the replies were from a nurse. Then, I would have to ask for my lab results, weeks after blood draws. I stopped getting the actual lab results and just had to take their word for everything. Then, when I had enough of my care not being important, I canceled my subscription. Even though it wasn't the end of the month, she would not finish a referral to Vanderbilt. I felt avoided and like I had to fight her for medical assistance. It takes days, sometimes weeks, for a reply. I was told there's no office number to call, it's all via email and the doctor's cell (which is only for emergency use). So, if you aren't feel well and need immediate assistance, you're left feeling like the cost of an urgent care near you wouldn't be too high. Why am I paying this much for medical services that aren't servicing patients? She has accomplished absolutely nothing in the way of finding me answers and then didn't seem to understand how FMLA paperwork could possibly be needed. Then, tried to downplay what's going on with my health to my job. Leaving them to question what I've been going through. Luckily, I've been with the company long enough that her lies didn't cost me more than this office. 1000000000% would NOT recommend.

  Just started using these folks. Very affordable and convenient. The staff is amazing and they are very attentive! Very happy with them!

  Excellent facilities. Clean, welcoming, and easy clear communication. Had X-rays done efficiently, pretty fast in and out. Which was perfect for our families busy schedule!! Highly recommend for anyone.

  I am absolutely happy I found this office. All staff and Drs are amazing. But I have to go e the biggest shout out to the pharmacy tech he is absolutely sweet and amazing human!!! Thank yall
