- FHFred HaywardApr 1, 20265.0The visit started with a warm reception at the check in area and smoothly progressed into the most extensive and professional dental exam I’ve had in years. When the Dr. entered the exam room, he reviewed the X-rays, told me what needed to be done, and then the wonderful hygienist finished be giving me a thorough cleaning. The dentist and staff are extremely cordial and professional. I’ve landed at a good practice.

Dr. Bessmer clearly showed me where future dental work is needed through x-rays and digital pictures. Traci did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, taking the x-rays and digital pictures. Susan and Akema did a great job getting me set up in the system and clarifying my insurance coverage. Thank you.

Even though I had dental work done about a year ago, I was still nervous coming in because of past negative experiences and anxiety. As a mom of three, I’ve put myself last at times, but the staff was kind, patient, and never made me feel embarrassed. They made me feel comfortable and supported the entire time. If you’ve been putting off dental work or feel anxious, this is a safe place. They are very professional!
