I’m very skeptical about these insoles. The salesperson was very pushy and now I’m having buyer’s remorse. I did get away without buying shoes as they were so ugly, at least the ones he showed me. I’m really hoping these will work. I wish I had talked to someone that had actually purchased these and get their opinion. As of right now I would not recommend going to “The Good Feet Store”. If it changes I will definitely eat crow.

Rip off. I fell for a sales pitch of relief of using these items. 3 weeks now using these heels and feet hurt worse than ever. Price was not mentioned until sales man found out I had a high credit limit with care credit. Almost 500.00 each for a hard plastic insert!!!! I called to ask about refund policy and was told "in store credit only".. I have not worn 1 pair of the shoes and wanted to return them. Was told no. I must of had suckered written sll over my face. I did not have my glasses on when I signed a credit card and when I got home and saw
over 1900.00 I almost fainted. I had told the salesman I only made about 200.00 wk from a small charitable Thrift store I had and would need to charge . No amount was discussed except I had a credit limit of near 4000.00 on a credit card.. I need to return these this.

We received the absolute best service from such a knowledgeable staff. I went through numerous pairs of shoes that caused me pain before getting my inserts and am extremely grateful for the efforts of the staff.
The kindness appeared short-lived, unfortunately after I saw the person who helped antagonizing and taunting one of my friends in a local Facebook group.i don’t know what to make of it. My friend lost her wallet and one of your employees thought it would be appropriate to refer to her wallet as trash, ask her if she is jealous, things like that.
I think now could be a good time to remind your staff that the wonderful impact they can make on their community can be in validated with their online activity.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
