  My little boy is a bit of a wiggle worm with lots of energy. Staff was welcoming as soon as we entered the building. Dr Chelsea, Tammy & Megan were great with my little boy.

  She's not a very nice person.. I was interested in an item from FB and she told me it wasn't available and I asked her to mark it as pending, which most people do. Told me no need for my sass. It was a fair statement to ask. I told her I was sorry if I came across that way, because words on a screen have no meaning or feeling behind it. And she still was kinda salty. She assumed and that's not cool and didn't even apologize for her own behavior and blocked me. Now, if she says she's sorry, I will delete my review on here. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she definitely was bitchy and curt.

  First appointment was great, my 3 year old even my 1 year old loved them. Then we had to make a new appointment for a spot on my 3 year olds tooth, which was fine she seemed like she would have done great coming back. Then we got called back to do it and a blonde lady Chelsea, I think was her name, was very rude and impatient, it scared my daughter. Like I said she did great with the other lady’s the day before this. She gave my three year old mind you two mins (I wis I was joking) to open before she got annoyed and left for 20 mins and came back and said “six months or referral” like huh? Then I tried the referral they said they’ve had issues with chew chew referring people cause they don’t take the insurance anymore and haven’t for a min. I would say this is an okay place for older kids, not younger kids which is sad for us cause they loved their cleaning visit.

  All 3 of my children go here and we love everyone! Dr Chelsea is a wonderful pediatric dentist. She's so patient and kind. My 16 year old has autism so she gets overwhelmed easily and we've been thru a few dentists and office staff that were not so great with her. Tammy and Dr Chelsea have been a God send for the entire family but especially for my 16 year old!
