  Love this place. Great weight selection, great martial art classes. Took kickboxing, boxing and MMA classes. Coaches are great. Equipment is top notch. Highly recommend.

  Still extremely pissed this gym took over one of the largest bookstores in the area for no reason, booting them out despite resistance and community outcry. Thanks for ruining one of my beloved spots from my childhood.

  Rick brought us as guests to check out the gym, very clean facilities, great assortment of equipment, very spacious, friendly staff would definitely recommend this gym.

  Just visiting the area for the weekend and came in for a workout. Great customer service and great equipment options! Clean and nice. We would join if we lived here!

  Facility and equipment are modern and super clean. We were graciously allowed to purchase a week long pass to work out while visiting our kids in town. Feels like family owned neighborhood gym with all the amenities of a large chain business. Highly recommend!!
