The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
MS ISABELLE would get zero stars if i could give it but we can go with one since i’ve never had an issue before now with the little clinic. totally get i was late to me 1:00 pm appt. but i tried calling at 12:58 and 1 exactly because i went to the wrong place but i got a recording that said they were closed??? then when i got ahold of an appt. operator they told me to go in they should have no issue seeing me! i get there to have my stuff rescheduled for me with no conversation from anyone and absolutely nobody at the front desk. if you are on lunch, perfectly fine. DONT ALLOW PEOPLE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS PERIOD. ms. isabelle needs to lose the condescending tone voicemails and learn to listen to your consumers(who are sick might i add) instead of being a jerk because it’s your birthday… it’s a bad look.
*** add on: MS ISABELLE HUNG UP ON MY FACE… perfect example of their customer service!!!! keep it up kroger and the little clinic!! looks super good!! lol

Was a walk in this morning, the front desk nurse was great and very attentive, the nurse practitioner I saw was great as well and knowledgeable, would like to thank them both for a great experience when coming to their clinic this morning. So thank you for being caring and compassionate!

I went there to be seen and the lady stopped me at check in to tell me that they would be going to lunch in 15 minutes and wouldn’t see me until after lunch. She didn’t bother to ask what was wrong to see if it was something that could be handled in 15 mins (which it was). Not very convenient for a convenience clinic.

Arrived at 8:45 AM, 2 people on list ahead of me. The receptionist was sweet, and seemed to be alert to check on the patients progress thru their appts. When I finally saw the NP, at 10:15, there was little or no conversation, symptom checking, etc. This was a recurrent incident with resistant poison ivy , so I knew what the course of action should be. NP was more focused on checking her laptop than my symptoms, even saying she'd never heard of systemic poison ivy. I volunteered to show her the major rash, and then, when she seemed uninterested, showed her anyway. After long periods of silence, while she was glued to the laptop, she finally asked where to send the RX, and checked my ears (no other exam, and I had no ear problem ) .
I left at a few minutes to 11:00. Never again will I go there.
