Waited for 45 minutes for a girl to tell me they go on lunch while I'm there. I explain I've been waiting since before that time, and the sign they have up says they go on lunch at 1:30, not 1, bit I've been waiting much longer than that anyways. I tell her the reasons I'm there, she says she'll ask her boss if it's okay. Her boss then tells me they "only do physicals for work, they don't do any of the testing I might need (I didn't need any tests?), it's not like normal physicals, it really is only for work purposes" really trying to just get rid of me. I waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room because the sign said that they took walk-ins, and my insurance isn't accepted anywhere else. I just wanted a physical.

I made my appointment at 11:40. I arrived at 11:45 and said hello to the lady at the desk and she ignored me. I was waiting and observed a patient leave the clinic doors at about 11:50. After about 10 mins the lady at the front desk called my name and said “you have to cancel your appointment because you were late.” I then asked her why because i Was only 5 minutes late and saw a different patient leave after I had got there, which had to mean that the doctor was busy at the time of my appointment anyway. She rolled her eyes at me and was not helpful or kind at all. I left and went to an urgent clinic.

I got a last minute appointment for my vaccine. Piper administered my shot. She was so awesome. We chatted a bit and she answered all of my questions. I knew she was busy but she didn't rush me. The lady at the front desk, I can't remember her name. Was super nice and friendly. She made me laugh a couple of times.

I had gone to another Little Clinic who refused to see me because they were booked. It was 12:50pm and I knew that they went to lunch at 1:30pm. Both clinic employees were standing at the Checkin desk talking. There were no patients there. I then went to the Hendersonville clinic on Main Street. Anastasia was at the check in desk. She was so welcoming. It was now 1:10pm. She explained that they were booked that afternoon but signed me In to be seen right away. Then I was seen by Emily who was absolutely amazing as well!! Both of these ladies made me feel like they really cared and that patients were their first priority. I understand that times are crazy and the medical profession is extremely under pressure. However, these ladies never let that show. I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness.

I was highly disappointed with this clinic. I was met by a woman who was, although very sweet, not very knowledgeable about the processes or billing. Then, I was brought into a room where I’m pretty confident the woman used a flow chart to diagnose me. She misdiagnosed me as having a cold or upper respiratory infection. After taking the cough medicine she suggested for three days, I had enough with feeling like death so I went to a primary care physician. I was diagnosed with bronchitis, ear infection, upper respiratory infection, and a sinus infection. They gave me two shots and a prescription for antibiotics. I could’ve gone back to work days ago if I had been diagnosed correctly. I spent 20+ minutes in the waiting room alone before going back to see the “doctor.” I had to be in the room getting diagnosed for less than 10 minutes. This place is about quantity not quality. I will never go back and I hope nobody ever goes to this clinic. It’s a joke.
