- GDGubert DubertJul 23, 20211.0The person running the front counter at the pharmacy was rude and aggressive in a totally unnecessary and unprovoked way. I watched her interaction with the customer in front of me and she was kind to him and chatted him up about the Texas toast he was buying. When I approach the counter she is immediately curt and dismissive. She tells me she doesn't know how long it will take to fill an antibiotic prescription, says maybe 24 hours, maybe longer? Then, she is unable to pull up my prescription in the system and stops speaking to me or trying to help the situation. Basically just waiting for me to leave. I left the store, then called and left an angry voice mail afterwards. A few days later my wife goes to pick up the prescription, and they outright refuse to fill it. TLDR: The kroger pharmacy at glenbrook shopping center is unprofessional and offers the poorest of customer service.
