  DO NOT BUY HERE. My husband and I bought 2 protein powders here because they were running a buy one get one 50% off. I got vanilla and he got chocolate. The powder is regular $100 for 70 servings and there isn’t a smaller container to try. The woman there said GNC prides itself on its return policy so if we want to return these it wouldn’t be a problem. We both tried the powders once and decided they weren’t great so my husband decided to return them. Today a man was working and was horrible to my husband. Asked him if he didn’t like these flavors then “what flavors do you like?” And when my husband tried to buy another flavor the man said “if you bring this back we will have to ask you to leave and never return”. My husband was so confused with his hostility and even asked why he was being so disrespectful. The man is the owner apparently, despite this being a corporate policy. If you don’t like a CORPORATE POLICY, then maybe you should own a different store.

  I went in to exchange a product because it caused issues for me (I was told I could return item if necessary) and was greeted with rudeness. I did not feel comfortable as a costumer and will not be returning. I wish the second visit was as friendly as the first. [Paula was great, 5 stars]

  Walked up at 6:55 to be greeted by the clerk who had just locked the door to close at 7. He pointed at his hours sign and shrugged his shoulders. So he lost a sale and a customer for life. I hope you enjoyed that extra 5 minutes.
