As a walk-in, I was expecting the worst such as long waits, etc. I was highly impressed with the efficiency, and quick attention they provided. And Dr. Tommy Hooper was so attentive and listened to every symptom expressed. Thank you for such wonderful service.

Incorrect Diagnosis and Dismissive Rude Response by Dr. Tommy Hooper.
It’s a shame I’m having to write this as we have been patients of Complete Health Clinics across the Nashville area for over 12 years now, but this experience will be putting an end to that.
My 16-year-old son was seen by Dr. Hooper for persistent fever, severe frontal headache, extreme fatigue, drainage, and over 10 days of symptoms. When I asked about the possibility of bacterial sinusitis, the provider dismissed the concern solely because flu, COVID, and strep tests were negative (which could have been false based on the delayed testing timeline). He stated that meant it could not be bacterial and declined antibiotics but offered a steroid shot. When I respectfully questioned the reasoning, we were told we could leave as he opened our door to show us out and instructed us to go get our steroid and antibiotics somewhere else.
We sought a second opinion the same day, and he was diagnosed with acute bacterial sinusitis and started on antibiotics.
I understand the importance of antibiotic stewardship. However, dismissing concerns without discussion and responding defensively when a parent asks questions was disappointing. I hope future patients feel heard and respected.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sparks over a year for primary care. What I appreciate about my visits is he always takes the time to educate me about the symptoms and issues I’m experiencing. I also went to CHP when I hurt myself in the gym and they got me referred to a great PT that got me back to 100%

Great team and always there when you need them. Been there many times and always got a good treatment. 4 starts because of the blood work calm back. Every time I did blood work, I Ella’s expecting a call that never happened, when I finally called the clinic the results were available and the front desk gave me the result over the phone.
It’s a bit disappointing they never call with the results even though they say they will. Also I would appreciate if the nurses will be the one to give me my result in case I have questions and bit the front desk.

Beyond frustrated with this place. I scheduled an appointment to be seen for an injury. I arrived before the appointment time, was taken back relatively quickly, then proceeded to wait almost 2 hours to be seen by the doctor- only for them to tell me they have to send me to Nashville to get an X-ray since they do not have an X-ray tech on staff (despite advertising that they do). Nashville staff was quick and wonderful and very helpful.
At the appointment, I was told I have no copay and don’t owe. I assumed they would send the claim to my insurance, but I was very surprised when I received a bill for almost $500 for 2 appointments on the same day. I called on a Friday to ask about the bill and was told that billing would call me by Wednesday (the day they said my card would be charged). I received another bill Saturday, so I called and left a message. My message wasn’t returned so I called and again Tuesday, I was told that the office can’t answer any questions about billing and that all they can do is give me an email address to send questions to. So I sent an email. I woke up Wednesday with my bank account being overdrawn by $300 because they collected the money- never calling me or emailing me back to address my questions. I called the office and was told again all that can be done is email billing. I am so beyond frustrated and upset by the lack of help or concern by this clinic. While I am writing this, I just received another bill from my follow up appointment for over $200 dollars (again, was told I have no copay and was not told anything about potentially owing)- and I feel it’s safe to assume I will not be able to speak to anyone about this bill either. The bill is due in 5 days, and they already overdrew my bank account. I will never go back here, and advise that no one else does. They will not be able to help you.
