  Dr. Tommy Hooper is the best! My husband and I both will be seeing him as our primary care provider. He's very nice and stays right on point and he's quick and efficient! The nurses are starting to recognize me after only coming in a few times and they are just so nice! The phlebotomist is so sweet and patient and kind I didn't even feel the needle go in! Yall make sure you take care of her she is amazing! I can't believe how blessed I am to find a place where my health is taken seriously without the shaming and bonus all the staff memebers are so warm hearted! 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend!

  Injured myself on a Saturday afternoon, care was quick, professional and patient focused. If you want a caring staff, look no more, they are right here in Hendersonville!

  Great place if you need an emergency room without the expense. They don’t do surgeries, but they were able to diagnose a toe infection that I had and also come up with aGreat place if you need an emergency room without the expense.   Great place. I was seen quickly, and the receptionist was very helpful and kind. Doctor Sparks was personable and knowledgeable, and he was able to quickly evaluate me. All in all, great staff, nice office, and would return for any further needs. Editing my original review a couple of weeks post appointment because these incompetent staff couldn’t even be bothered to send the clinician notes to the radiology clinic they scheduled me for a scan, resulting in my insurance cancelling my much needed, time sensitive appointment. I tried calling their office well over two dozen times over the course of two days prior to this secondary appointment, which was met with zero response and follow-up. Absurd that a healthcare institute would be so unresponsive and incapable of performing the simplest of clerical duties. Perhaps this is why my initial visit was so quick. They didn’t do anything.
