- RSRick SartenSep 20, 20231.0I have only had to deal with this pharmacy twice because I use Food City in Kingston mostly. My wife's insurance changed and she can't use Food City now. They said her prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, so I fooled around and took time shopping for 30 more minutes. Then I got in line behind one person. They would wait on the cars at the window first then when no cars were at the window, they would wait on the people in the store. There were four people present and working. After about ten more minutes I was waited on and the prescription still wasn't ready. The previous time I used this pharmacy was a couple years ago when I was trying to purchase covid 19 test kits. They had expired past the second date that it had been extended. When I brought it to their attention they tried to argue that they had been extended. I proved to them that it was beyond the extension date. About a week later I was in there shopping and the expired kits were still on the self. We like shopping at this Kroger but will never use this pharmacy again.
