I did this in June in person. 3 months later and they are still charging my account. I called numerous times and it’s like talking to a pre schooler there. They say it’s fix but still charging my account. It’s linked to my checking account so I should not have to change my account because of their error. Thieves

I would give 5 stars but because they aren't open 24/7 I have to go the the JC planet fitness. Which really sucks. But other than that I love it. The best equipment. Most updated.
