  My first time at the Greeneville location. Angie greeted me! Very pleasant, caring, informative and awesome customer service. I met Tyler for the first time. He was attentive, listened to my issues and concerns. Based on this he patiently did various tests of my earing aids, my ears, updated the devices, reviewed and reset the Android app and fitting to my ear canal. They, together, completely changed my mind about my hearing aids! They now work closely to my first set! Also, want to mention Jeremiah in the Johnson City location. Another caring and helpful employee. Thanks to all.

  My husband Larry got excellent customer service from Angie. She was so helpful and kind and really went above and beyond in helping him figure out the problem. Thank you Angie! 5 stars!!
