Angie and Tyler are a powerhouse team. Our 2 experiences with them have been wonderful. They are both very professional yet compassionate, kind and takes time to explain as well as answer all of our questions. Tyler even took a phone call from us near closing time to answer even more questions that we had which still he did not rush through but was kind and so helpful. They are wonderful people to work with and if we could give a true rating it would not be a 5 star but a 50-star rating. Thank you, Angie and Tyler, you are the best, and we hope your company knows just how blessed they are to have you working and representing them. You both deserve a raise!

Tyler is very thorough, kind, and professional. He explains everything in detail without feeling rushed into making a decision. He even took time with me and my family on a phone call near closing, to go over more questions we had. They are a top of the line team and would recommend each of them HIGHLY. THEY ARE A 50 STAR IN MY AND MY FAMILIES EYES. THEY DESERVE A RAISE.

She was very professional yet really showed concern and helped with our situation. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Angie is a top of the line Customer Sevice Rep. and because of her, we will be coming back. She represents Miracle Ear very well! Thank you Angie for going above and beyond, this company is very blessed to have someone of her stature work for them. I was a manager in Customer Service for many years and I would have hired her in a heartbeat…as there are not many caring people who are willing to take their time with a total stranger. You can tell she likes her job and is great at it!!! We would rate her a 20 if we could. Thanks again Angie!!!!
- RCRebecca CyrOct 21, 20255.0This visit was my 2nd one. Both times were for a ‘plugged up’ hearing aid tube. Angie was so helpful in getting my hearing aid unclogged. My hearing aids are both very important and necessary for me due to my hearing loss . The office in Greeneville has been very clean and tidy; things put in place. I have not seen a hearing aid specialist from Miracle Ear so I won’t comment on this aspect but Angie has been a joy to visit with, speak with, and have my issue resolved immediately.
