When you’re sick or have an injury, and you need to see a doctor right away, waiting is not an option. At Foundation Health URGENT CARE, we understand that it can be challenging to get same-day appointments. That’s why our dedicated team is here for you and your family’s urgent care needs.
We are a private and independently owned health care center with over 12 years of experience. We stay open later than other urgent cares to accommodate busy or flexible schedules. With x-ray services on-site, we can diagnose a broad range of illnesses and help identify the best treatment plan right away.
If you don’t get better after visiting our facilities, you can come back anytime rather than having to schedule an appointment with your primary physic

Very easy to online schedule with Foundation. Check-in was super fast and easy. The staff was awesome and friendly. The nurse practitioner was superb, very understanding and compassionate. I would recommend Foundation to anyone that is sick and needs care immediately.

By 8:38 we were on our way home with a prescription already received by the pharmacy. Office staff was super friendly and the office was very clean! Super appreciative to the doctor for being so thorough and helping my little girl
