  From the time you enter until you leave you are treated graciously and respectfully. Abby was very thorough in her care and gave detailed instructions. Highly recommend Foundation Health

  I live in Gray and this was the first time I’ve visited this urgent care. The appointment and check in process was really easy. The MA who checked my vitals wasn’t the nicest.. just a really bad attitude when asking me, “okay so what symptoms are you having?” Ok, valid question. But the attitude behind it was not necessary. I felt really bad, dealing with the flu and not getting any better, and as a nurse myself, I expected a little more compassion I guess. Then she was nice for a minute to compliment my fingernails but then slammed the door on the way out. I had to end up getting a shot, and someone else came to do it. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. Just wasn’t a really good first impression. However, the PA, Abigail, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable. You can always tell when someone is in healthcare for the right reasons.

  To preface, maybe they aren’t as experienced as the local ER but I thought they at least went through the same training to be placed as a medical provider at a facility to treat sick people. I took my daughter in for a rash (which was later confirmed to be contact dermatitis) and they literally told me from the pictures they looked up of rashes on kids, (yes they said that) they didn’t know what it was and referred me to the Urgent care in Johnson city instead…very nice staff just don’t know if I’d necessarily recommend

  I have mixed emotions about them. Most are really good and helpful but there are a couple that cant cant be bothered to really assist. I called after a visit for a rash and was told they were too busy to look at the previous visit record to really tell me if benadryl was ok to give with the medications that they prescribed. Dr patty was great and really cared for us a patients. The Dr Charlotte stated she was only calling me back as she thought maybe she'd seen us earlier this morning.
