- KBKailey BrownDec 29, 20251.0Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The woman at check-in was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. She seemed disinterested and unwilling to do her job, which made the experience frustrating from the start. That said, the doctor was wonderful — kind, professional, and attentive — which was the only positive part of the visit. Unfortunately, the front desk interaction left such a bad impression that it overshadowed everything else. Something seriously needs to be addressed.

Me parece que deberían tener empatia con quienes van a la atención médica, NO ES GRATIS! tienen falta de humanidad! Y al parecer por los comentarios anteriores no hacen nada, ni resuelven! Buscaré algún medio para poner una denuncia formal por el maltrato del personal hacia el paciente! La atención de hoy ha sido pésima, por parte de la recepcionista!
