    I would give -0 for them playing with me like ping pong. Stopped at the pharmacy after one hour after the prescription was placed by the doctor and they couldn t find it in their system suggesting that it might be at a different location. I went to the location over in Madison 1/2 hour drive and they didn t have it. Came back here at the Goodlettsville location and they said that "they put it on file" assuming that I will be picking it up in Madison. I think that they should call me and ask for permission for these kind of changes and I don t understand how they can afford assumptions and decisions like that. After 2 hours and a half running back and forth they made me wait for another half hour to put it tugether. I know I m not using them again

    I work in the medical field and im fully aware of how customer service works as well between a patient and the provider that is caring or serving them should be.. i have a extremely painful condition that is non curable that i take meds for. I was told saturday was my fill date. So i tried to call and see if they were ready.. no answer. So I drove 45 minutes up to the pharmacy to just go ahead and take care of it myself and I figured I would wait if they are not ready. When I asked the lady if they were ready, she kindly told me no they were not, but it would be a few hours. I’ve been explaining to her that I drove 45 minutes one way and that I could just wait on them that I did not mind sitting down and waiting for them to fill them so I didn’t have to make the drive back-and-forth again and not be able to get a hold of anybody because nobody answered the phone. Ivan was addressed by the pharmacist directly by my first name, not my last name and scolded because I showed up too early and was told that “I show up too early on my fill days… it’s never ready.” I can see you to explain to the pharmacist that this is what time of the day I was able to come up here. I work 13 hours in the operating room and I’m not always able to come in the afternoon and I came when I was available to come, and that I did not mind patiently waiting for them to fill them whenever they could, but that I was not going to leave and come back. On so many different levels this is wrong if the pharmacy is open, you serve your customers that are there in front of you if I had come and puking my guts up and needed Zofran for nausea they would’ve filled it immediately with no questions asked or anabiotic the same. But I was automatically putting in the category of aggravation and attitude, and complete disrespect by the pharmacist because I came too early to get my medicine while he does not realize the condition that I have is extremely painful and I’m out of my medicine and today is my fill date.. he probably put me in the categories. Somebody just seeking pain meds for drug use or something like that Little does. He know that I have a condition that is not curable and extremely painful. That doesn’t even matter that should not matter. It should not even take place to begin with the attitude and the aggravation towards me on top of calling me by my first name and scolding me was completely inappropriate. I felt belittled. I felt degraded and I felt about 2 inches small in front of other people... I think it’s disgusting how I was treated. I think Kroger’s is absolutely looking horrible for even allowing somebody to talk to somebody like that if they don’t do anything about it, I will see that it goes all the way onto a corporate level because I am completely disgusted at how I was made to feel and how I was talked to with complete disrespect 100% the worst review I’ve ever had to leave in my entire life. Brad, the other pharmacist that works there is fabulous, but I will be taking me and my entire families‘s business to another pharmacy I will not be dealing with Kroger‘s anymore, and I will make sure that everybody knows exactly how I was talk to. it’s completely inappropriate to never be tolerated at any business especially not one where there’s patients who are sick…

    I've been to Kroger several times in the morning and had a problem with the registers and it seems to be a current problem. I don't know why it hasn't been fixed and Craig seems to have an attitude with every customer that approaches him about it. I would like to see and hear from a manager about this as soon as possible. Please and thank you

    I wish I could give 0 stars. The employees at this pharmacy can't be bothered to answer the phone, much less have prescriptions in stock and filled within a reasonable time frame.
