  I went to the Germantown location. I was in and out in no time. The lady who took care of me was really nice but I can't remember her name.

  I’ve been here several times for blood tests. The ladies here are always very nice and are pros at drawing blood. If you have an appointment they get you in and out very quickly!

  Easy to navigate and loved having contactless check-in. Staff really not personable and super gen-z stale (greet me, not wanting to engage in conversation, or explain what's happening).

  It was the most friction-free experience in a healthcare setting that I can remember experiencing. I clicked a link on my phone when I walked into the waiting room and I was summoned before I could even sit down. Ten minutes later, after a blood draw, I was back on Poplar Avenue.
