- TOTeresa OwensAug 17, 20252.0Had an appt for a sports physical and waited an hour an 25 mins before we were called back. My suggestion is if you are going to have an appt system, have a reasonable wait time. Or perhaps a text system with a 15 min alert to return.
- EEErika EwenJul 31, 20251.0My worst medical visit—period. I went to The Little Clinic hoping for a thorough evaluation of multiple symptoms. Instead, I was told they only allot 15 minutes per patient because their system double-books. Out of that, 8 minutes were spent just taking my vitals—which meant I had only 7 minutes with the provider. I was forced to pick one symptom for them to look into. No tests were run—no COVID swab, no labs, no real investigation. Most of my time was spent going over medications I could or couldn’t take, not what was actually wrong with me. Then a timer literally went off during the visit to signal that my time was up. I was still mid-conversation. It felt dehumanizing. I left with no diagnosis, no treatment plan, and zero confidence that I’ll feel better anytime soon. Save your time and your money. This is assembly line healthcare on a stopwatch and the patient is NOT the concern.

The website allowed me to select 'Mental Health' as my reason for visiting, and allowed me to then select 'Anxiety' for the detail, but the person who works there said they refer patients somewhere else. These fact make the website misleading. They need to fix this.

My medical issue was not serious, and she handled it in a very competent manner. I was very satisfied. CAVEAT: After noticing that the composite rating for this location was 2.9, I decided against making an appointment. But when I looked more closely, I noticed that a high percentage of reviews. including many negative ones, were very stale, some dating pack NINE years--in other words, worthless with respect to current staff or management. I see no value in keeping reviews order than 12 months.
