The Nurse Practitioner refused to see my grandson and would not come out to speak with us or perform any assessment. Instead, she instructed the receptionist to tell us to go to the ER. No evaluation was done, and no explanation was provided. This lack of professionalism, communication, and basic patient care is unacceptable. Lazy & incompetent. I guess they only know how to give shots even though their website states more.

I didn’t catch her last name, but she did a great job - checked me for flu, took my vitals. Both were very professional, friendly, and efficient. I always receive great service at the Little Clinics in Memphis and Germantown. They also took great care of my son while he was in college in Nashville! 10/10!!!
