Having never bought glasses from a chain store, but usually at a dr. office, I didn't realize it would be a sales pitch for poor quality glasses. I am not sure that the sales girl had any knowledge of high prescription lenses. I sent them back once, no change. Its been 6 weeks now. Can't wear them . They didn't even do a fitting when picked up. I spent almost $1000 for these & now have to start over somewhere else. Don't waste your money here. Find a reputable place. I only went here because my regular eye dr. stopped doing optical services .

- RRRavenrose RMar 10, 20261.0Had an exam at this (Nashville Pike)Pearle Vision Center on February 20ish, 2026. The exam went well with Dr Grossman and Carr. My insurance was suppose to pay for the exam I was told. Well, they called me days later wanting an additional 85.00! Continuing about the visit: . Chris the staff guy sitting up front who does the measuring and fitting was snarky, rude and condescending throughout the process. No warmth in his body it seems. I chose the glasses I wanted and he measured and quoted the price to me. I said I would call back to order and asked about the window of time to do so…He Said the frames would be held 2 weeks until I called and ordered. I phoned them 1.5 weeks later. No record of being measured, no record of the frames and no quote recorded. I surely won’t return! What unprofessionalism. Do they realize customers driving customers away isn’t profitable?
