  Continue to receive unwanted/unsolicited postal mail from Miracle Ear. Receiving Miracle Ear mailers for past residents, deceased family members, myself, etc. This is starting to get comical. Miracle Ear’s website states - “How can I be removed from your mailing lists? To be removed from our mailing lists, please contact your local Miracle-Ear store directly.” I have called numerous times with no avail. What did work! * Request removal using Miracle Ear’s contact us webform. * Email request to Miracle Ear’s (Amplifon) compliance department - see Miracle Ear’s privacy policy (bottom of website) for email. * Submit privacy request (MUST have individuals email) - visit Miracle Ear’s website > Consumer Privacy Requests (bottom of website) > Consumer > enter info EXACTLY as appears on mailer > email of individual > Please remove my name/address from your postal mailing list. > attach image of postal mailer.

  I had a wonderful experience with Miracle Ear. Jacob was very knowledgeable and informative when helping my mom decide what was best for her hearing.

  Not my home office but was passing through. The specialist Jacob Curtis was very kind to me and cleaned hearing aids for me. He told me I was welcome to come back any time.

  ZERO STARS!!Terrible experience! We were lied to that the insurance will not cover a pair and we were told by Jacob Curtis that he had never heard of the insurance paying for hearing aids on top of that they charged her shipping and handling. He also told us that we would get terrible experience with the insurance and the hearing aids from the insurance would be terrible. You shouldn’t take advantage of the elderly telling them that their insurance won’t pay for it when they’re on a fixed income and they will pay for them just not the kind they have I only pushed a one Star because it wouldn’t let me post with zero stars, but she should begin given the option of insurance or out-of-pocket

  Exactly experience!! It has helped my Mother hearing tremendously!! The service is Awesome!!! All the extras cleaning taking care of the hearing aids for you all goes with the hearing aids. Any of the other places doesn't take care of you like Miracle Ear. I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Karissa and Jacob was Awesome!!!! They were very patient with my Mom. They explained things for her to understand. She is 90! Thanks Karissa and Jacob
