- RRRavenrose RMar 10, 20261.0Had an exam at this (Nashville Pike)Pearle Vision Center on February 20ish, 2026. The exam went well with Dr Grossman and Carr. My insurance was suppose to pay for the exam I was told. Well, they called me days later wanting an additional 85.00! Continuing about the visit: . Chris the staff guy sitting up front who does the measuring and fitting was snarky, rude and condescending throughout the process. No warmth in his body it seems. I chose the glasses I wanted and he measured and quoted the price to me. I said I would call back to order and asked about the window of time to do so…He Said the frames would be held 2 weeks until I called and ordered. I phoned them 1.5 weeks later. No record of being measured, no record of the frames and no quote recorded. I surely won’t return! What unprofessionalism. Do they realize customers driving customers away isn’t profitable?

- ACAlea COct 20, 20221.0Extremely poor customer service. Courtney is very rude and told me she wouldn’t order my contacts after I had already paid someone else in the store almost $300 for them. She told me that I owed them $90 instead of the $85 that I was told to pay for the exam. She stated she would not order my contacts until I paid them the extra $5 dollars. I had already paid for my contacts! She was attempting to steal hundreds of dollars if I didn’t pay her $5 extra for the exam. Ridiculous and illegal! Would give zero stars if I could!!!!
