All the extras cleaning taking care of the hearing aids for you all goes with the hearing aids. Any of the other places doesn't take care of you like Miracle Ear. I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Karissa and Jacob was Awesome!!!! They were very patient with my Mom. They explained things for her to understand. She is 90! Thanks Karissa and Jacob

Several of my family members have accompanied me to my appointments, and she remembers them. I practically feel like an extended FAMILY member of Karissa’s! She takes her time to explain what she’s going to do before she does it. She also helped me understand my situation better. They remind me of my appointments, and are willing to work with me if a need arises and I have to reschedule. I’ve been to two (2) of their locations, which was very convenient. The Hendersonville Office is my main Location. The Gallatin Office was a perfect option when I had another appointment in Gallatin, but did not want to cancel my ME appointment. Thank you Karissa and Team for all you do!
