- BMBrian MischleyFeb 4, 20261.0I recently moved from H'ville to Gallatin a couple months ago. Absolutely LOVED my Kroger pharmacy over there. What is the deal with this Gallatin store? I ALWAYS have to wait in line at least 10 minutes, frequently they don't have what I need, and if I call in to straighten out an issue, I have to wait a while before I get anyone to talk to. I've waited in the drive through for 10-15, even 20 minutes before getting to the window. I'm guessing it's staffing but why does H'ville have no problem with it?

Clearly she didn't even bother checking to see if they had it in stock or if they could get it. Stick to selling groceries Kroger!
- CHChris HurtJan 10, 20231.0They never answer the phone. I waited a couple of minutes at the pick up line before being acknowledged. I will start doing business with the new Publix store in Gallatin. Publix is head and shoulders above Kroger when it comes to customer service.
