  Called to see if they had a prescription in stock. The lady said, "what is it" twice, had no clue what is was and instantly said they didn't have it. Clearly she didn't even bother checking to see if they had it in stock or if they could get it. Stick to selling groceries Kroger!

  I’ve used this pharmacy for years and today I’m in a ton of pain needing a steroid. And my endo office called it in. And I never received a text that it was in progress. Called they said they never got it. Called the doctors office and they called the pharmacy and requested they check the voicemails, they told my doctors office they were too busy to check the voicemails and REFUSED to take the prescription over the phone and said they would call my doctor back if they didn’t have it. Though my doctor’s office closes in just a few mins. I need this medication soon. I can’t understand how they REFUSE to check the voicemail and REFUSED to take the prescription over the phone. Needless to say my pharmacy needs will be moving to another pharmacy that won’t REFUSE to do their jobs. I will be reporting this to the correct channels. My mother worked for Kroger for 45 years and helped open this location many years ago and it’s APPALLING to know this is how they are treating their customers.

  Out of my prescription and was told it would be in the next day and wasn’t and the gentleman told me for sure it would be there the next day and after two trips was still not there so left and had dr call to another drug store…The employee should have cared more…Kroger needs to work on customer service
