- GWGrace WOct 30, 20251.0All the usual workers are not working these last 3 days. The faces are "all" different! The HORRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE attitude is reportable & I will!! We called for 3 days, NEVER once have they picked up the phone!! We went down in person to order the now 2 day late MONTHLY prescription. My husband was super nice after all this, I would not have been. His kind way was met with a RUDE ATTITUDE!! My husband asked a question & the smart remarks were uncalled for. If it wasn't for how Wonderful the regular crew is we would have pulled all our Scripts right then & there!! What horrible treatment of loyal customers!! Please never let All your exceptional employees off at the same time ever again!!!

Most everyone that works in this pharmacy are so miserable with their job that they seem to take pleasure in being rude to their customers. One technician in particular is a pretentious man named Eric. Three times I’ve witnessed him be unnecessarily rude to customers at the drop off window, on the phone and at the register. How he continues to still be employed there is mind blowing. Attitudes like his do nothing but create a toxic environment for customers and coworkers alike. Kroger, get your house in order.
