- DPDavid PierceJan 3, 20261.0So, I just had the worst customer service experience in my 20 years of frequenting this pharmacy. Specifically, the drive through. I don't know the name of the young lady,( around 445 PM) but she is easily identifiable (just think of Mimi from the Drew Carey show with the clown makeup). I received a txt on Wednesday stating rx received, but not ready. When I asked about it and referenced that it had been 4 days, she stated "I can count, I know what day it is". From that point she agitatedly asked "do you want me to work on this or what?" At that point I had enough and told her just give me my other prescription, I'LL deal with this later. She then threw the items in the bin and didn't even have the pharmacist speak with me at all ! This is unacceptable! Even worse, after I left, I attempted to phone the pharmacy manager several times, and every time, the phone continuously rang and didn't even go to VM. Needless to say, I will be changing pharmacies as this level of service is beyond ridiculous.

We called for 3 days, NEVER once have they picked up the phone!! We went down in person to order the now 2 day late MONTHLY prescription. My husband was super nice after all this, I would not have been. His kind way was met with a RUDE ATTITUDE!! My husband asked a question & the smart remarks were uncalled for. If it wasn't for how Wonderful the regular crew is we would have pulled all our Scripts right then & there!! What horrible treatment of loyal customers!! Please never let All your exceptional employees off at the same time ever again!!!
