  There is a reason why all of our specialists (endocrinologist, wife’s obgyn, wife’s PT, wife’s doula, and friends all suggest making the trip from Nashville to Tn reproductive medicine in Chattanooga, Nashville fertility or the NY Dr office if needing to stay here in Nashville (Basically all the options except for TFI). The Experience and communication from front desk all the way through to the doctor is one of the worst experiences we’ve been through. And have had to work with a specialist for all of our children. We previously worked with TRM while living in Chatt and it was phenomenal. The only thing that TFI had made abundantly clear is that the men are not their patients, and it is felt without question. Avoid if at all possible, yet we understand and got tempted by the convenience factor being only a few minutes away.

  I received a referral from my ob to this clinic. They called me the same day the referral went in. They had no appointments available until June which would be 3 months out. They informed me I needed to fill out forms prior to the appointment and that if the forms were filled out I could be put on the waitlist for an earlier appointment. The next day I hadn’t filled out the forms because the page wouldn’t load properly and I was in the middle of having an active miscarriage. They called me and emailed me twice a day. I explained to them I would get to them soon and that I was in the middle of miscarrying. 4 days after the initial call and after blowing my phone up constantly they called me at 7 am Monday morning letting me know my appointment was cancelled. This is very clearly a money hungry company, lacking compassion and desperate to get people in. I’ve never been called multiple times over and over by a company claiming to want to help women. My apologies for not worrying about forms not due for 3 months while in the middle of losing my baby. After reading the reviews here it seems lots of people talk about how insensitive this place is and how the are money hungry. I haven’t even had the consult yet and this is how they act. Find somewhere professional and not a baby mill.

  My experience with this clinic was overall positive. The team is very direct and straightforward in their approach, which I personally appreciated. They focus on the medical process and the steps needed to help you reach your goal of having a baby. At times the environment can feel a bit clinical and fast-paced, and you may feel like one of many patients, but the staff is knowledgeable and clearly experienced in what they do. What stood out to me most was their honesty and the guidance they provided throughout the process. They were very clear about expectations, gave helpful feedback, and stayed focused on moving forward with the best plan of care.

  I have nothing but excellent things to say about this clinic. They were like a breath of fresh air for my husband and me! After being dismissed by other doctors about my pain and infertility, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was going on with me. I was told "well you can go to TFI if you really want"... and I did. I started my journey with Dr. Colleen Miller in 2023, where she immediately welcomed me and listened to my concerns. After my first ultrasound, she was alarmed by the things my other doctors were ignoring, and strongly encouraged me to have a laparoscopic surgery before moving forward with any sort of fertility intervention. In November 2023, because of that surgery, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 endometriosis. I really owe this diagnosis to her and her vigilance to find the root of the problem. After that, I took some time away from fertility intervention, and even explored another cheaper clinic. I will say, I wish I had not wasted my time with the other clinic, and I wish I had just gone to TFI for fertility intervention from the start. As soon as I was ready (early in 2025) Dr. Miller had a full plan laid out for me. She understood the need to move forward quickly due to the severity of my endometriosis, and I began IVF pretty much immediately. Every meeting I left with her, I felt relieved and like the team truly knew what they were doing. Nurses and doctors were both quick to respond to all of my questions ( i had a lot lol), and I even would receive calls from the doctors with updates. I finally felt as though I had a solid team behind me, and that took a huge load off of my husband and my shoulders. The process is honestly really hard, but having the amazing team behind me made it so much easier. Dr. Miller ended up leaving TFI before my transfer cycles began, but I was not concerned about my care lacking once she left. Dr. Montville immediately stepped in for my transfer cycles and I am happy to say that now I am 19 weeks pregnant with twins! Thank you so much, TFI team!!
