Seven years later, and I still absolutely love Iron Tribe. The workouts challenge me in the best way and leave me feeling accomplished every time. What really sets this place apart is the people — encouraging coaches, supportive members, and an atmosphere that pushes you to grow stronger both physically and mentally. It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in my health.

The community, coaches, and dedication to achievement are remarkable.
Before joining Iron Tribe, I had always been active working out with weights, playing sports, etc. However, after turning 60, lifting weights the old ways took too much time. More importantly, it took too long to warm up and lift weights (waiting for machines or equipment to free up).
I decided to give Iron Tribe a try since it is near where I live. I love it! I have been working out there 3 mornings a week (only miss a few times because of work). It is perfect for me: a great mix of strength and muscle building with a nice pace to keep the aerobic at a steady-state intensity going and my heartrate steady at elevated level.
Even more important, the class starts on time and ends on time (60 min including warming up, stretching to start and cooling down and stretching at the end). I get my workout “out of the way” (more like starting with a first win right out of the gate!), feeling good, and am ready for the rest of the day!
I strongly recommend it. I am feeling good hitting 62 in a week and Iron Tribe is a big part of it.

I have been at IT Franklin for a year now. My goal was to lose weight but maintain muscle mass, being in my 50s that is hard to do. Coach Austin set me up to strengthen my weakest body parts. He also put me on a nutrition path and we have weekly checkins to enforce behavior. While in class the coaches are checking for form and pushing you to build weight safely. Currently I am down 16 pounds of fat with no muscle loss, clothes fit better and I enjoy my fitness routine now more than ever. Looking to lose another 14 in the next 12 months.
