The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
I went to the Kroger Little Clinic on Sunday morning and the person who checked me in was okay… but the woman who saw me never introduced herself, never told me if she was a nurse practitioner, a PA or a doctor. She was kurt, cold, and didn’t seem to care about how I was feeling. She was more concerned with getting me to get a Covid vaccine and a Flu vaccine than treating my condition. Ultimately, she said there was nothing she could do for me. Which would be fine, had she acted kore like a care provider. Very disappointed and I will not use that service again.

If I could give a zero I would! I can not believe that a NP would allow someone to perform a test that had no clue as to what to do. The receptionist/MA had to ask in front of the patient how to perform a covid test (in nose or mouth). Then only tested for covid and nothing else. The symptoms presents with flu like symptoms. Then proceeded to prescribe a cough medicine without having a symptom of coughing. Terrible service and patient care. I am flabbergasted!

I seldom leave reviews but this location was hands down the worst medical treatment I think I have ever received.
The phone rang and rang, I was treated as the biggest inconvenience, and they had no advice or guidance on my illness.
I would recommend quite literally anything over this place.

I've never seen such a pathetic business in all of Franklin TN . I have literally called this location daily for last 4 days in a row about 5 times a day minimum and the phone rings and I let it ring for 5-10 minutes with no answer from them ....ever...... They have never answered the phone .... Never .... # ZERO STARS & # Absolutely PATHETIC. I have never had a Dr. office that refuses to answer the phone. I mean never. I hope they go out of business very very soon because many people I know have been done in a way that they make people feel like they are worthless and not worth their time... No customers equals no money. I really hope management sees this but somehow I'm sure they do NOT CARE 1 BIT. Every year when I pay big bucks for a T. D.O.T. physical ... You guys won't get any truckers from our company ever again. You have a phone , I suggest you train someone there to use the business phone and stop playing candy crush on their own personal phones while other people's time and efforts are wasted by incompetent , uncaring , rude and negligent staff. Mark this Little Clinic on Columbia Ave. Franklin, TN off of your to do list because you are already marked off of their to do list. They could care less about people or their jobs.

Their was only 1 another person and me and it took them 1 hour and 15 mins to see me. Worst Service I have ever got. Don't go their just drive to a another clinic that's bigger and can handle more people. All I had was a sore throat and it took more than a 1 to see me and get my meds and leave. DO NOT GO
