The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
I went to the Kroger Little Clinic on Sunday morning and the person who checked me in was okay… but the woman who saw me never introduced herself, never told me if she was a nurse practitioner, a PA or a doctor. She was kurt, cold, and didn’t seem to care about how I was feeling. She was more concerned with getting me to get a Covid vaccine and a Flu vaccine than treating my condition. Ultimately, she said there was nothing she could do for me. Which would be fine, had she acted kore like a care provider. Very disappointed and I will not use that service again.

If I could give a zero I would! I can not believe that a NP would allow someone to perform a test that had no clue as to what to do. The receptionist/MA had to ask in front of the patient how to perform a covid test (in nose or mouth). Then only tested for covid and nothing else. The symptoms presents with flu like symptoms. Then proceeded to prescribe a cough medicine without having a symptom of coughing. Terrible service and patient care. I am flabbergasted!

Asked for strep test. Received Covid test despite already testing negative and charged $158 for a Covid test. Will not return.

The absolute worst medical treatment and process.
zero attention to detail. The nurse practitioner I saw had zero understanding of the difference between a virus and bacterial infection. The front desk tech played Candy Crush on his phone while checking me in. My family will never return
