  I was very impressed by the kindness of everyone at this clinic. The receptionist, the pre-test technician (so sweet), Nikki, and Dr. Pace were all incredibly kind and professional. The clinic is very clean and equipped with modern equipment. I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this place.

  New Vision Eyecare is absolutely top notch. Everything was smooth and I was provided with the best eye appointment I’ve ever had. First, the patient intake was easy. There were online forms that I completed from my phone and the staff was easy accessible via a text message with any questions I had. I showed up to my appointment and found a neat, clean lobby with friendly staff that greeted you as you walked in. Doing my normal tests, the technician took her time on each machine and made sure she got everything right for best results. All of the equipment looked brand new and state of the art. In the exam room, Dr. Pace patiently reviewed my information and took his time dialing in my prescription. He was like a scientist over at the control panel making sure everything was just right. He suggested some contacts that not only feel very comfortable, but I’m seeing better than I have in probably 10+ years. I honestly thought my vision could only be corrected so well and I was pleasantly surprised how clear everything eas when I left. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!

  10/10 Highly Recommend! Warm, welcoming, friendly, clean atmosphere. Every single staff member is so warm, inviting, knowledgeable, with impeccable communication skills. From start to finish I had such a fantastic experience here. Starting from the phone booking it felt immediately like they truly care about their patients wellbeing, the booking process was incredibly easy. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with such warmth. I experienced no wait times, my appointment was right on schedule. It was such a smooth process. The pre exams before to see the doctor is explained clearly from the instructions, to what the equipment is, what it does, what you’ll see feel experience. Everything is super sanitary, and they’ll make sure of it giving an extra wipe down if needed. Dr. Austin Pace was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He explained everything providing all information needed about eyeglasses prescription, astigmatism, what showed up on the images, etc. During the eye exam he made sure when you had to select ‘option 1 or 2,’ or the lines of letters that you were able to pick which one you saw best/the most clear without rushing you. He makes sure all your questions are answered providing a very professional experience. Like I said every single staff member I met was an absolute gem! If you need a professional experience, clean environment, welcoming & kind atmosphere for your next eye exam/eyeglasses prescription, and your in Franklin/Nashville area this is the place I definitely recommend to you.
