The Miracle-Ear techs have been very accommodating to schedule appointments to re-test and re-calibrate as needed. They have been very professional and a pleasure to work with.

She & a whole host of other audiologists are for the most part always available when we have trouble with our hearing &/or hearing aids. Apps are ok but a poor replacement to the one to one service they provide . There is no other company that provides this service. In addition they are trained audiologists & understand how ear pieces work. As for Miracle Ear, you get a sophisticated ear piece. This is not just miniature microphones that amplify your hearing & are a poor replacement for the real thing. I would recommend anyone with hearing issues at the very least consider Miracle Ear

We have had great service but understood she had to tend to another location. We were very pleased with Amber and let her know we would have to change locations because we moved further from the Trousdale location. We are now in Cool Spring and we were so pleasantly surprised to see Karissa again!!! Karissa is a wonderful and while we thought all the staff were courteous and kind, Karissa left us with a great impression as she represents Miracle Ear! Thank you and thank you for taking great care of my mom!
