The Miracle-Ear techs have been very accommodating to schedule appointments to re-test and re-calibrate as needed. They have been very professional and a pleasure to work with.

She & a whole host of other audiologists are for the most part always available when we have trouble with our hearing &/or hearing aids. Apps are ok but a poor replacement to the one to one service they provide . There is no other company that provides this service. In addition they are trained audiologists & understand how ear pieces work. As for Miracle Ear, you get a sophisticated ear piece. This is not just miniature microphones that amplify your hearing & are a poor replacement for the real thing. I would recommend anyone with hearing issues at the very least consider Miracle Ear
- JJJudyJan 16, 20252.0I had an appt, there was a person being called back for their appt. as I came in. I sat there never being acknowledged and another person walked in and the audiologist acknowledged that person immediately but didn’t even say anything to me. She finished with the person that was before me and once again acknowledged the person that came in after me. My appt time came and went and the person after me was called back by the audiologist and I was still never acknowledged as being there. Being ignored is a very upsetting and will be a hurtful thing for me for a while.
