  I have been a patient with Miracle Ear for over three years. My center (Cool Springs TN) has been very proactive and supportive. I needed an upgrade and they were able to recommend the most optimum set of hearing aids.

  My 3 years journey to better hearing has been stalled at times by allergies and head congestion. Each time it affected the settings of my hearing aids. The Miracle-Ear techs have been very accommodating to schedule appointments to re-test and re-calibrate as needed. They have been very professional and a pleasure to work with.

  I see Karrissa in Franklin, Tn She is the reason I use Miracle Ear. She & a whole host of other audiologists are for the most part always available when we have trouble with our hearing &/or hearing aids. Apps are ok but a poor replacement to the one to one service they provide . There is no other company that provides this service. In addition they are trained audiologists & understand how ear pieces work. As for Miracle Ear, you get a sophisticated ear piece. This is not just miniature microphones that amplify your hearing & are a poor replacement for the real thing. I would recommend anyone with hearing issues at the very least consider Miracle Ear
