    Not great communication or explanation on why I have to wait more time than anticipated for a medicine that I depend on for my scoliosis.

    Was told my prescription would take 30-40 minutes to process so I confirmed my number to be texted when it was ready. Almost 3 HOURS later, nearly closing time, I go to the counter to check if I'll even be able to get it that day and they find it in a pile. Seemingly they were not particularly interested in getting it done and I only got it because I asked again. I will not be returning.

    Have prescriptions sent here… only had a few hours on the holiday weekend. Now waiting til they open at 9… but guessing they don’t be ready. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

    My prescription was sent in yesterday morning. In another hour they will close and it will have been two days and still no prescription. I am going to ask them to send it to another pharmacy to be filled. Employees don’t know how to smile, I guess it hurts.
