  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Uncomfortable and Disrespectful Experience I typically don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at Kroger was unacceptable. While checking out at the self-checkout, I overheard a group of four employees—including the manager—talking with asset protection about a person with tattoos who had allegedly stolen before. Based on that conversation, I was clearly assumed to be that person. Throughout my checkout process (a $300 purchase, by the way), I noticed employees repeatedly coming over to “check” on me. It was obvious and uncomfortable. When I finally asked to be left alone, the manager came over—not to apologize, but to lecture me about how I was placing items on the conveyor belt. At that point, it was beyond frustrating. I’m not one to pull the race card, but I’ve never felt more profiled or unwelcome while shopping. If theft is such a concern, maybe the staff should stop standing around gossiping and start helping customers at the registers instead. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location.

  The staff is so kind and personable. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy monthly for the last 5-7 months, and I’ve never had an issue. I drive an extra few minutes to this location because I continue to have such a great experience each time.

  This is the worst pharmacy!! Stay away!!! Pharmacy techs are rude and ignore u. She finally comes over to the window and tells me my medication will be ready in an hour. I come back 3 hours later after making another trip there, only to be told it’s not ready and won’t be for another half hour, at the time they close!!! I said I guess I will wait cuz I’m not making a 3rd trip back over here today!! They don’t need to be telling people it will be ready in an hour and it’s not even ready in 3 hours later!! The techs have made several mistakes with my acct and meds in the past!! I won’t be back!!!
