- BBBreanna BeckerJul 7, 20251.0Tried to make a purchase and was absolutely floored by the behavior of the employee behind the counter when I politely declined to sign up for the rewards program. I get it, I’ve had to give the spiels and will patiently listen. Also, no means no. What kind of company coaches loyalty sign up to the point of blatant harassment? From BEGGING for personal info, to whining in your face about how “hard it’s making their job.” And the grand finale after painful minutes wasted, wondering if they even understand what “no” means? A damaged customer experience and a refusal of sale. Imagine that? I no longer wonder why I never see customers in there. Must only stay in business because the little boys working there need the employee discounted supplements to keep power tripping on potential customers. Get it together.
