  I can’t say enough great things about Chrissy at CSPS — she is truly amazing at what she does. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable, heard, and confident in your treatment plan. Her attention to detail, gentle technique, and artistic eye always leave me looking refreshed and natural, never overdone. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

  Disappointed with my breast implant revision results I had a breast implant removal and replacement with Dr. John Moore at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery, and I’m very disappointed with my results. My left breast sits noticeably lower and further toward my armpit than my right, and when I flex my chest muscles, there’s a strange pulling sensation under my left nipple. When I raise my left arm, the nipple actually inverts. I mentioned these concerns to Dr. Moore, but his response was simply, “I think they look great,” which made me feel dismissed and as if I were being too picky. During my consultation, I explained that I wanted to be sure the new implants would properly fill the space from the previous ones. Unfortunately, they don’t, and now the skin above my breasts looks loose. When I asked about revising the results, the quote I received to redo them was even higher than my original surgery cost, which was very disappointing. I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

  For someone who was super hesitant about Botox, Amanda Davis really eased my nerves. She was so detailed and was patient with me. Not only was Amanda great, but both offices were so beautiful and clean. I would recommend Cool Springs Plastic Surgery to anyone interested in getting cosmetic work. Already looking forward to my next visit.
