  @Update: i scheduled an appt w/Dr. Grace and we went over all of my issues. We addressed my communication issues and I feel much better about everything and this practice! Thank you Dr. Grace! Family Health used to be great. You cant talk to anyone now. In person, in portal anywhere. Very sad. I switched my whole family here but you just cant talk to anyone so it doesn't make any sense to stay here. Now i will have to find somewhere else for the 4 of us to go. I was considering the concierge program but will not anymore.

  Dr Ayo was kind and extremely attentive. The turn around time in regards to arriving at the office and being seen was the quickest Ive ever experienced. Once with the doctor she went above and beyond to listen to my concerns, address every issue, and offer solutions. I would absolutely reccomend her to anyone.

  I was under the impression that as a new patient I would be seeing Dr Ayo. What they do at this practice is called bait and switch. Unless you are paying out of pocket to be a concierge patient of Dr Ayo, you are assigned the Nurse Practitioner. They don’t tell you this! They have you come in believing you’re getting the doctor but instead you get the NP. So I told the NP at my first visit as a new patient that I had irregular liver values and my doc in Chicago said I should see a liver specialist. The NP told me to take milk thistle (which other doctors have since told me this was useless). That being said I called recently bc my newest lab results show elevated liver enzymes again. I explained that the full blood work ordered by my rheumatologist should give them the info they needed to tell me what I should do next. After 4 phone calls of me following up they finally tell me that the rheumatologist should deal with any issues from those results. I’m like he is for the arthritis but you guys wanted me retested for the liver and here they are. What do you want me to do? They are so clueless in this office the person (who btw was not the NP bc apparently the NP was too busy to call) said yeah she’s not sure what to do bc all she knows is the rheumatologist should deal w it or that’s what the NP said to do. I told her you guys ordered new lab tests and these are the same. And you told me to use milk thistle and they would direct me from there. We reached an impasse of clueless person at the doctors office and me trying to play telephone w the NP that’s too busy to call herself. I gave up, Not one brain cell at the other end of the phone at this practice. Would not recommend!!

  My experience here was very much like another review, don't expect follow up on anything!After Dr.. Ayos initial visit,, which she tried to sell vagioplasty, she tells you she is concierge and you don't get her unless you pay extra...She has very young,inexperienced physicians assts, but swears she is overseeing...this is obviously not true as there was no follow up to scheduling procedures or specialists and was always a hassle.Lauryn who was supposed to be my physician is no longer there. I found out when I was there for the appointment with her.NEW YOUNG physicians assistant was sweet but AGAIN, NO FOLLOW THROUGH, on appts and treatment.I called Dr.Ayo she was full of excuses, had obviously never looked at at anything in my record. And yes my husband also felt uncomfortable there. All they are interested in is vagioplasty.and concierge $$, other than that, you don't matter much.

  Switched to this office because a good friend highly regarded them. You’ll have to call to get your labs. They won’t respond in the portal. When you call to tell them you’ve messaged in the portal, they still won’t respond. To get the concierge service, you pay more per year, but I could never justify that when I don’t even get good care as a peasant. Seems like this office cares more about aesthetic clients than people needing actual healthcare. She was more than pumped to tell me about vaginal rejuvenation when I was there because of a breathing and head/vision issue. My husband tried them too and said he would never go back.
